How to Order Online
Step-by-Step

Below is a number of regularly asked questions and queries our customers have asked. If you have a question not answered here you're welcome to call us on our main customer number....01794 830005 or email us on sales@skates.co.uk

1. Choose the items you would like to order by clicking the "add to basket" next each product on our site. Make sure you remember to select the size you want. Your shopping cart will then show in same window.

2. You should now be on our shopping cart page. At this point you have 3 options.

Firstly to go back to the Skates.co.uk Website via the "Back to Store" button and add more items, e.g. if you wish to purchase for than 1 pair of skates etc.

Secondly, to get accessories, by clicking on the "Skate Accessories" button. For example items such as Skate Wheels, Bags, Bearings, Frames etc.

Thirdly, the finalise your shopping cart before placing your order, this comes in 2 forms, filling out the "Special Instructions" box and selecting the "Add Shipping" Button to work out the best postage method for you. Select the appropriate postage option on the next screen and click the "Add Shipping" Button.

3. Now you are ready to start submitting you full order details. First, go to the bottom of the current page and select the "Go to Payments Button". This is will take you to address details page (see below)

Then fill in the form appropriately as requested with your details. If you wish to send the skates etc. to a different address to your billing card address dont forget to fill that in under the delivery address.

Once completed click the "continue" button at the bottom of the page.

4. You will then reach a page confirming the details you have entered are correct. Click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page when happy with the details.

5. Select your preferred card to pay by.

6. Fill in your card details and enter the rest of the details the form requires. Once happy, click the "Proceed" button located at the bottom of the page. Don't forget if you're using either a Meastro or Solo card to enter your issue number/start date.

7. At this point depending upon your card you may have a "3D secure" page come up. If you do, don't be concerned, this is a new security implementation for basically creating online pin codes for cards to increase security. You can either press no thanks and use the "Skip 3d" button on the bottom right of the page OR sign your card up for 3D security.

8. Once completed you will be transferred to a Payment & Order Confirmation Page. NOTE: Write down your transaction number.

9. You will then get a confirmation email if you supplied an email when you put through your order details earlier.
