What do we do with the information collected?
We will use the information just to send out your order. We will not pass your information onto 3rd parties or send spam e-mail. At no point do we keep any credit card information.

We may send out newsletters occasionally or e-mail to let you know about our latest products and services, however if you do not wish to receive these you can unsubscribe easily.

We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

Our website does not use cookies, however our shopping cart does if you choose to tick the box requesting your details to be remembered for future.

We fully conform with the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.

Skates.co.uk is committed to upholding your privacy as a valued customer or user of our website. Any personal data about you that we collect, process or use (‘Data’) is held securely and treated in accordance with this Policy. We only use cookies on the site where you specifically request for your information to be remembered on our shopping cart.

We reserve the right to modify, alter or otherwise update this Policy at any time and users are encouraged to review this Policy from time to time. Any changes to the Policy will be highlighted and the previous Policy will be available on request for at least three months after the change has come into effect.

Goods and Services
Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. While we try and ensure that all prices on Skates.co.uk are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error we shall inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods or services, you will receive a full refund.

We allow you a 30-day ‘cooling off’ period for returns. (All the data that we have seen indicates this will increase your net sales.

We do not mpose a ‘re-stocking charge’ for returned goods. However we do ask that the package takes ‘reasonable care’ of the goods and packaging prior to any return.

If the goods supplied are faulty we will refund the full amount including P&P, providing the customer can conclusively prove this is a genuine circumstance.

Our Liability
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that information on the Skates.co.uk site is correct, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use Skates.co.uk or any information contained on it or from any action or decision taken as a result of using Skates.co.uk site or any such information.

Law
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
