At Skates.co.uk a large percentage of our customers are first-time riders. That’s why we include an FREE instructional DVD with every order. This DVD will show you how to use inline skates, rollerskates, aggressive skates, scooters, Heelys, Ripstiks and even how to assemble a BMX!

How is this DVD going to be useful to me?

Well if you're a learner, there's a whole section on how start skating whether on Quads or Inlines, with step-by-step instructions with professional skaters from the Mo’Club in Southampton. They show you how to get around on your skates, how to stop and how to turn as well as how to get up if you fall over.

There is also a video filmed with Pro-Skater Sam Tuffnell who shows you how to use your Aggressive Skates. This includes how to do a 360° turn and how to grind. Sam also goes over every part of the skate, telling you what the part is and the best way to look after them.

We've even produced a video which teaches you how to use your Scooter. We start with teaching you how to un-fold your Scooter and then goes on to show you how to get around on it, brake and how to jump small objects and curbs.

There are also articles on riding both safely, as well as responsibly.
