Description & Features

The JD Bug Eco scooter is an ideal choice for young kids. It's been specifically designed for young children up to the age of 6.

This scooter is a great option if your youngest is looking for their first two-wheeled recreational scooter. In addition to being foldable, the JD Bug Eco scooter also has adjustable handlebars which allow this scooter to grow with your child. The bars are designed with a lower rider height which helps to make scootering easier to learn.

In additon, the JD Bug Eco features larger 120mm plastic core wheels which make it easier for your child to maintain their balance when riding.

At only 2.4kg in weight it's our lightest kids scooter making it easy to transport and store. It's a brilliant option for travelling to and from school.

If you're wondering whether the handlebars and forks rotate 360 degrees, then yes, this scooter does rotate 360 degrees.

suitability

Would this be a suitable size for an 8 year old boy

We'd recommend this scooter for ages 3 - 8. It's a great starter scooter however it's probably worth getting a bigger scooter if your son is above 7. I'd recommend a JD Bug Pro Street.
