Description & Features

Madd Gear are top-spec professional scooters with heavy duty components and top build quality. MGP have dominated the Australian scooter scene over recent years and are now invading the UK.

Madd Gear are well known for only using high-quality materials when constructing their scooters. The bars have been constructed from chromoly (stronger, lighter alternative to steel). A high-quality Krunk triple clamp has been selected to ensure your bars don't wobble when riding.

The reinforced deck has been built with a concave to allow you to easily grind on the deck.

The Madd Gear Pro scooter has been fitted with longlasting 100mm 85a wheels which provide great grip when riding. Inside the wheel are ZXZ-C Pro bearings which have been designed to give a smooth, comfortable ride.

Excellent Choice

Bought this for my sons 11th birthday. Is a good size scooter even though he's big for his age. Is really sturdy and solid, easy to assemble and came from Skates really quickly. A really good buy.

MGP scooter Review

This MGP scooter comes on a few different colours, witch is good. It rides well and you can do a far amount of tricks with this scooter. The bad things about this scooter are: The wheels squeak also..

MGP black is EPIC

This is my sons first stunt scooter,and he loves
it.It is easy to build but krunk keeps coming loose.I recommend this scooter to beginners or as a first stunt scooter.

Not impressed

The collar clamp keeps coming loose on this scooter, meaning the front wheel becomes misaligned and my boy has to carry an alum key to fix it. I am not impressed.

Any good for younger kids

My 5 year old has taken a liking to this scooter, is there any reason why this would be a bad buy? weight/size? Can the handlebars be cut down at all?

This scooter may be a tad to big for him at the moment, as a guideline it is suitable for 7 years plus. Your son would still be able to use it, however he may be reaching up for the bars. As for cutting the handlebars, unless you change the forks and headset to threadless and purchase an SCS Compression kit, it is not advised to do so as this will weaken the handlebars.

To assemble, simply slot the handlebars onto the forks and tighten the collar clamp.

No, extreme scooters are fitted with one-piece bars that aren't adjustable in height. This is done to ensure the bars are stronger.
