Pulse Slither Skull Wing Scooter - Blue

Not too good I'm afraid

Not great, only used a couple of times, just riding not tricks and the bolts and nuts came loose from the handle bars. Beware if doing tricks etc!

what sort of wheels does the pulse slither skull scooter have?

I'm looking for a scooter with rubber wheels for my son aged 11.

The wheels that do come with it are made of rubber (PolyUrethane)
