Resolving Delivery Issues
We try to avoid it as much as we can, however, occasionally deliveries by our couriers do not go as intended. We are aware that deliveries can arrive late, or can lead to disputed deliveries.
Unfortunately this is out of our control but we will, of course, do our best to resolve any issues that crop up to the best of our ability to ensure that the customer receives their desired outcome.
We cannot guarantee that parcels will arrive Next Day, due to the delivery being in the hands of a third party. If the delivery time becomes unreasonable, then an investigation can be raised by calling our customer service team. They can be reached by calling us up on 01794 830005, by emailing in to email@example.com or by using our website's Live Chat system. At this point, they will then send a query in to Yodel on your behalf and update you once they receive a response. Please be aware, it can take up to 24 hours to receive a response from Yodel.
We are also aware that occasionally a parcel will be signed for by a neighbour or left in a safe place at the driver's discretion, despite this being against our instruction. In situations like this, raising an investigation can lead to use of a GPS footprint, POD, or the driver returning to the property.
We appreciate that this is not ideal, but unfortunately such situations can't be avoided.
