Customise your Mini BMX, with an array of Mini BMX pegs from a number of our brand suppliers including Rocker, Wildcat or Venom.
Pegs are an essential part of any Mini BMX Bike if you want to grind rails, ramps or curbs. Mini BMX Pegs, are used by riders for all styles or street and park riding. Pegs are fixed the the wheel axles of a mini BMX.
There's general 2 types of pegs based largely upon the material - metal and plastic. So which should you choose?
Steel Metal BMX Pegs are ideal for street riding, grinding rails or ledges, they're both heavy and durable, enabling the rider to take a lot of abuse.
Meanwhile lightweight plastic pegs, are best suited for park riding. They're less durable but weight less, the drawback is the lack of durability. The other plus of plastic pegs is they're also great for grinding, as they slide so smooth and are both cheap and easy to replace.
One great trick to help maintain you mini bmx pegs is to rotate them every little while, this ensures all sides of the peg wear down at the same rate.
Also note, should you need to mount pegs you'll need to appropriate tools to fix them, these will include a racket, a 15/17 or 19mm deep socket extension and the right size allen key also (usually 5mm).
