Proto has released their famous Baby Slayer bars with a signature Chema Cardenas design. Chema has been with Proto since the beginning and Proto has devoted a whole line of signature parts to him, including the new Relic Baby Slayers.

Baby Slayers are the baby brother of the handlebar that defined freestyle scooter handlebars is now available again for the first time in over 4 years!

The bars feature its Classic roots with the smooth clean gussets TIG welded out of 4130 chromoly and 100% Manufactured in San Diego, California, USA, as always! 1-1/4” column, SCS compatible

Chema Cardenas baby slayers are 28" tall by 24" wide, so they're made for big street riding styles. Chema Cardenas sig bars are a Y-Bar that Proto designed for Street riding. Your riding style determines the bar material that you should purchase: aluminum, steel, or titanium. Steel scooter bars are the choice of many street riders due to their durablity.

Important Note: Compatibility of your existing scooter with these bars cannot be guaranteed, but we can advise you below on how to make sure they are!

Make sure you’re aware what compression type you want or have on your existing scooter. For both HIC and IHC compression a slit is needed in the bottom of the bar to fit, these may come already done, or you can cut them yourself on purchase, see Youtube for how.

For SCS Bars, there should be no slit, if the bars you’re looking to buy do have a slit, you’ll need to cut the ends off and remove the slit or have an SCS sleeve/bung fitted.

Bars that have been modified invalidate warranty, returns or exchanged. If you have any doubt about compatibility call (+441794 830005) or email (sales@skates.co.uk) prior to buying. As a result, at present we can't cut bars prior to dispatch.
