You would have to cut it down as it would be too long, but it would fit diameter-wise.

Would this shim fit on forks, or do i need A specific Fork Shim?? Need answer A.S.A.P.

You would need a HIC shim, these are made of stronger metal than this shim, this shim is to fit an oversized clamp to a regular sized bar.
