How much is delivery and how long does it take to get to me?
For almost all products you'll have 2 options: next working day or 2 to 3 working days for UK mainland. We can offer this because we hold ALL stock on the website in our warehouse for immediate dispatch.

What is your return policy?
Our return process is very simple. We offer a 30-days window to return defective or wrong products. For more details, go through our dedicated return/exchange policy page.
How often do the prices change for these products?
We strive to offer the best possible price for our products. If you still manage to find a product priced cheaper with another UK online retailer, we will try to match the price!

Can we process orders on skates.co.uk over the phone?
We are an online store, for PCI compliance & security reasons we can't take orders over the phone. You can easily order our products in a few clicks.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?
No. We only deliver to the UK mainland at present but this should be changing in the near future!

Skates.co.uk, established originally in 2004 as a Heelys shop and known as Flywalk. It was setup as a result of a birthday gift given to the founder of a pair of Heelys Shoes, and out of that was born what it is now known as Skates.co.uk. We are based in Southampton, Hampshire, and operate out of a large warehouse with our family-focused, team of staff.
