Free UK next day (Mon-Fri) delivery with 1 hour delivery window for orders over £75.

UK Saturday delivery £9.95.

Orders must be placed before 17:00pm weekdays.

Items are delivered Monday - Saturday.

Next day Items are delivered Monday - Saturday.

*UK Next Day Service Only assuming that the courier service is not experiencing any delays.

Returns and Exchanges Policy offers a really simple returns policy.

To take advantage we recommend you use our Collect Plus* service.

If you’re not happy, as long as it’s still unused, you can return any product within 14 days for a return or exchange. You can also get an extended returns period if you're giving the order as a gift, by stating the date on the checkout process.

If Your Order Was Received Correctly, But You Would Like A Refund or Exchange...

  • Ensure that you return the order to us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Make sure your order is in its original condition. If you would like a refund or exchange, we can only accept your goods if they are unused. Itメs fine to test the item indoors, but if your order shows visible wear, we will not be able to refund or exchange it.
  • Wrap your item securely. Please use the original packaging to secure your goods, preferably with a little padding (even old newspaper will do). Before you address the parcel, please wrap the box.
  • Include a note in the parcel, explaining how you would like us to proceed with your order once it has been received. We will also need your Order ID. If you would like an exchange, please advise which product you would like us to dispatch. If there is a difference in price, we will automatically charge or refund the card that you originally paid with. Similarly, if you would like a refund, please make this clear and we will process the funds.
  • Post the parcel to our warehouse in the UK. Our address is, Unit 1, Greatbridge Business Park, Budds Lane, Romsey, Hampshire, UK, SO51 0HA.
  • Please keep proof of postage.
  • We will aim to process your refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt into our warehouse.
  • Please note that all postage is at the customerメs cost. We will not refund delivery or returns postage. An exception will be made if the item is proven to be faulty from the point of purchase, or the item was incorrect when received.
