If you think your product is faulty, please read the below.
Skates.co.uk will always endeavour to resolve any genuine issue with your product within the warranty period.
Warranty periods vary depending on product, but the vast majority of items that we sell are covered by the manufacturer for 90 days from the date purchased.
Please note that the warranty will only cover items that are faulty from the point of purchase. General wear and tear will NOT be covered. Similarly, if you use your product in an ﾑextremeﾒ way (for tricks, jumps or at a skatepark), you will be responsible for any damage incurred, not the retailer or manufacturer. Although many of our products are designed for use at a skatepark, the amount of force that is put on these items through extreme use is immeasurable. We cannot, therefore, verify that the item was treated with care in this situation.
Please remember that nothing is indestructible and you should expect to replace parts over time. The amount of time is dependent on the frequency of use and the amount of pressure when doing so, not the quality or price of the goods. Similarly, you should expect to tighten and maintain the various parts on your item to keep them in good working order.
None of our footwear is covered for under warranty for damage caused while skating. Although some shoes will have design features that are of benefit to the sport, they are essentially a fashion item and cannot be expected to withstand the potential damage caused by griptape, braking and attempting skate tricks.
Please also note that all fitting information for our parts is given to the best of our knowledge, but due to the rapidly-changing nature of scooter design, it is impossible for us to guarantee. We will advise you as well as we can, but we cannot be held responsible if a particular part does not work with your setup. We will, of course, still be happy to accept unsuitable items for refund or exchange, so long as they are unused and purchased less than 30 days prior to return.

Do not return the order without our authorisation. If there is a problem with your order, we will resolve it. However, returning the goods to the UK is not always the best option and you will be responsible for the costs involved if you do so without permission.
