Are Electric Scooters Road Legal?

Electric Scooters are NOT road legal. Please don't ride an electric scooter on the road, you'll get into a LOT of trouble. Ideally, you should only ride an electric scooter on private land. Even on the pavement, electric scooters can be a hazard to pedestrians, so always be sure to consider the safety of people around you when you ride.

Warranty Information

Razor warranties electric products for manufacturing defects only, for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tyre, tube or cable damage, or any damage through misuse, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance and storage or use of the product.

This Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:

  • used in a manner other than for recreation
  • modified in any way
  • rented

 

The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.
