Yes. They use breathable mesh or neoprene sleeves with foam that conforms to your body. The straps are adjustable and sit above and below the joint, reducing pinching. Pads stay secure without restricting movement.

SFR pad sets are available in multiple sizes for kids, youths and adults. Measure around the joint you’re protecting and consult the size chart. Proper fit ensures the pads stay in place during a fall.

The hard caps and reinforced stitching ensure longevity. They’re designed to withstand repeated falls on concrete and ramps. Wipe them clean and allow them to dry thoroughly between sessions to prolong life.

Most sets include wrist guards, but some are sold as “knee & elbow only.” Check the product description to ensure you’re getting the level of protection you need. Wrist guards protect the palms from scrapes and reduce the likelihood of fractures.

Some SFR pad models have replaceable caps, allowing you to swap them out when they become scratched or worn. If replacement caps aren’t available, it may be time to replace the pads themselves.
