The Tony Hawk 180 Series Rotten Complete Skateboard is an entry point into the range, and this Rotten graphic sits on one of the smaller boards in the line up. At 7.375 inches wide it suits younger skaters or anyone with smaller feet who would find a full size board unwieldy under them.
You get a 7-ply hardrock maple deck with full grip tape already applied, so there is nothing to set up before the first session. The 5 inch aluminium trucks run 85a rebound bushings, which are soft enough to turn easily while a new skater is still working out how to shift their weight. The 52mm 95A wheels and ABEC 3 bearings roll well on the street and in the park.
It arrives ready to ride straight out of the box. A sensible first board for someone learning ollies and kickturns rather than a setup to grow into.

Things to consider when buying a Skateboard:
As there is such a wide range of Skateboards available, there's some importantﾠthings to keep in mind when choosing yours:
- Moneyﾠ- You don't want to spend more than is necessary, however the qualityﾠof a product can be discerned by the cost. The higher the cost, the better qualityﾠyou are likely to get.
- Skill Levelﾠ- Practically all models are suitable for beginners, but for more experienced riders, you would get theﾠmost out of purchasingﾠhigher-end parts. More expensive parts tend to be made from stronger, lighter materials.
- Ageﾠ- If the skates are for a child it may be worth taking a look atﾠsome of the smaller boards we have to offer. Make sure you purchase a board with a smaller deck as smaller kids will struggle with a larger, wider skateboard.
- Complete or Custom - It's possible to purchase a complete skateboard or the parts separately. It's generally cheaper to purchase a complete board however custom set-ups are the perfect option for more experienced riders or beginners who want a really unique board.

We have a simple 30 days upon receiving the order policy, but we will be flexible and extend this if it's a gift for a specific event, such a a birthday, this can be done by simply ticking the the gift option when purchasing.
We provide a part filled returns form for all UK orders, all you need to do to start the process is to drop us a quick email to support@skates.co.uk with your order details alongside the reason for return and we can get the ball rolling!
