The new Root Industries AIR RS V3 Complete Stunt Scooter is a beast of a scooter; this scooter has been designed and engineered so precisely that it manages to weigh in at only 4kg, while holding the crown of being Root's strongest street scooter that they've ever built.
The AIR RS V3 is an incredibly lightweight scooter given its durability, and maintains a sleek design to match. This makes the scooter a fantastic choice for any no-holds-barred street riders who like to dabble in the skatepark too, offering easier trick execution as well as the stability provided by the street-focused deck. In fact, this is the lightest 6" wide deck complete scooter ever made!
The AIR RS V3 deck is beautifully crafted, delivering a lightweight and well-balanced deck that is strong enough to withstand even the toughest tricks, whether you prefer handrails or huge gaps. This deck has been built with Root's new, unique, magnesium-rich aluminium alloy. This is a stronger material than 6082 aluminium, allowing Root to shave excess material off the deck without sacrificing strength. A flat bottom provides a buttery feel on rails, and the huge footspace is ideal for older riders, or riders wanting maximum stability.
The handlebars are Root's new Chromolite bars, which are triple-butted to reduce weight, making these as light as titanium with all the strength benefits of chromoly steel. These extra tall bars are perfect for taller riders, measuring in at 690mm x 650mm, with neat welds and intricate details for a sleek finish.
To finish the scooter, it's fitted with the iconic Root AIR 120mm wheels, an aircraft-grade 6061 aluminium fork, and Root Fractal grips, offering a smooth and comfortable ride all-around.
